Document Description
The WWTF is operated by the Placer County Special Districts-Sheridan. The WWTF currently consists of three stabilization ponds, including one aeration pond and two settling ponds. There is also a lined seasonal storage reservoir, a 1.6 acre sprayfield, and a 5.4 acre sprayfield. The Project involves expanding the capacity of the current facilities and will include upgrading the influent pump and magnetic flow meter at the Influent Pump Station, replacing the Effluent Pump Station, including 2 magnetic flow pumps, converting Pond 1 into a seasonal storage reservoir, and constructing two 90 gallons per minute floating irrigations pump stations, a pipeline from the seasonal storage reservoirs to the sprayfields, distribution piping, a permanent sprinkler system, and a new fence with recycled water irrigation signs.
