Document Description
Town of Mammoth Lakes Police Station project consists of a single story building of less than 5,400 sf of conditioned space, associated parking, and a 90-ft communications tower. The project site is a 4.57 acre site that is mostly vacant, with the exception of the Mammoth Community Church. The single level building consists of a vehicle sally port, booking area, holding cell, office space, meeting rooms, and locker rooms. There are 15 police vehicle parking spaces and 18 public parking spaces proposed. Access to the site will be via an extension of Thompsons Way and traffic will go through the courthouse parking lot.
