The Agency proposes to amend the Shasta Dam Area Redevelopment Plan by adding approximately 763 acres to the Project Area. The boundaries of the Added Area were selected from properties within the Expanded Survey Area, established by the City of Council on August 7, 2007 as all parcels within the City boundaries and outside the existing Redevelopment Project Area.
