Document Description
The City of Vista is proposing an update to its Sewer Master Plan Update (SMPU), adopted in the 2008. The City's proposed Comprehensive Sewer Master Plan (CSMP 2017) builds on and refines the previous 2008 SMPU by providing a set of recommended projects for inclusion in the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program. The CIP component of the CSMP includes a combination of capacity and rehabilitation improvements to address undersized pipelines and those currently in poor condition. The proposed O&M Program will include upgrades to the City's existing pump station facilities and access routes. Implementation of the CSMP would occur over a 20 year period.
