Document Description
The proposed project will replace undersized culverts that run under McKinley Avenue just east of Academy Avenue in Fancher Creek. The culverts are not adequate for the amount of water that travels along Fancher Creek and water backs up, causing localized flooding. After studying several alternatives FMFCD has chosen this as the best option. The option allows FMFCD to protect a heritage sycamore tree next to the channel, and provide better hydraulics and channel geometry.
