Reasons for Exemption
This project involves minor ground disturbance in the form of tree removal and the placement of existing fill material to create a pad for metal storage structure. Other than the four trees to be removed, the pad site consists of bare ground that is currently impacted by foot and vehicular traffic. The pad site is located next to an existing storage building and appearance of the metal structure will be consistent with similar structures located nearby at Howard Forest Fire Station.
