Pine Gulch Creek Watershed Enhancement Project filed applications to appropriate water by permit. This project is a voluntary and cooperative effort of the participating farms. The proposed project is intended to enhance summer flows in Pine Gulch Creek by utilizing wet season appropriative diversions in lieu of dry season riparian diversions. The project proposes the construction of 2 onstream reservoirs, 3 offstrean reservoirsm and the dedication of summertime riparian diversions to instream flows pursuant to Water Code section 1707.
