Document Description
As MND was previously prepared and adopted for the Jelly's Ferry Road Bridge Project concurrent with the Board's April 22, 2008 approval of the project. An Addendum to the MND documenting minor technical changes to the Project was subsequently adopted by the Board in 2014. The prior Board approvals, and the MND and Addendum which analyzed the Project, included a secondary overflow structure and extend the project near Saron Fruit Colony Road.
The current action taken by the Board on October 2, 2017 extends only to the adoption of a Resolution of Necessity, which authorizes pursuing the acquisition of property [Peter P. Maps showing the location of the previously approved Project [Figure 3B], and the specific property which is the subject of the Resolution of Necessity [Draft Appraisal Map ROW-1] are attached.
