A Coastal Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit for the restoration of an identified wetland that was previously graded and improved with drainage devices. The work was done without the benefit of County review and is currently in violation of the Humboldt County Code. Approximately 50 cubic yards of topsoil was removed from the site and approximately 100 cubic yards of fill material was brought on site. The unpermitted fill will be removed and native wetland plant species will be installed to bring the site back to the pre-development condition. The lot is currently vacant.
