Document Description
Work is needed to repair and restore the levee that was damaged during the Governor's declared flood disaster in Sutter County in the December 2005 and January 2006 to prevent the possible destabilization of the levee slope and resulting levee failure. The repair consists of construction of a 100-foot long and 100-foot wide underseepage berm with a height of 8-feet above the levee toe. The berm will be constructed of drain rock placed on a 6-inch layer of bedding material.
