Document Description
The project will construct two buildings: a five-story residence hall and residential dining complex (100,700 GSF) and a two-story residential life program building (12,500 GSF). The residence hall will house 220 students and 6 resident advisors in 76,100 GSF on the upper floors. A food service facility will occupy the first floor and basement, totaling ~24,600 GSF. The food service facility will replace the existing food service in Whitney Hall and will serve all on-campus student residents.
