The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0030-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Wyndham Pointe Development, as represented by Tim Greenwood. The project is limited to constructing a pre-cast concrete arch bridge on cast-in-place concrete abutments across Laurel Drain in order to extend Lagoon Drive west into the Wyndham Pointe Subdivision. The bridge support abutments will be placed on uplands outside the top of bank and the deck above the 100-year flood elevation.
