The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to issue an entry permit for access to Metropolitan's property along the Lakeview Pipeline. Metropolitan is proposing to issue the entry permit to Underground Solutions, Inc. to access portions of APN 425-120-008, 425-140-008, 425-170-027, and 426-160-035. The entry permit is being granted to allow temporary access to conduct potholing activities to support design work for a proposed residential development.
