The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is undertaking an integrated and innovative approach to land use and transportation planning. SCAG is simultaneously preparing the 2008 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and the 2008 Regional Comprehensive Plan (RCP) for the SCAG region. Together, the RTP and RCP provide a long-term comprehensive land use and transportation planning blueprint for the region.
