Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment, Master Tentative Tract Map, Tentative Tract Map(s), Development Agreement, Specific Plan, and Annexation. A General Plan Amendment will be required to allow the uses proposed in the Specific Plan. The Specific Plan and Development Agreement would provide for development of up to 4,600 homes and a maximum of 245,000 square feet (sf) of commercial use in an area encompassing approximately 801 acres. The proposed project includes annexation to the City approximately 857 acres, of which 810 acres constitutes the Specific Plan Area.
