Document Description
Development of a 45-unit, multi-family residential development on a 3.31 acre site located at the southwest corner of Base Line Road and Monte Vista Avenue, immediately north of the I-210 Freeway in the City of Claremont. The site currently has four historic structures located on it; a barn, storage shed, pump house, and residence. The residence and storage shed will be demolished due to their state of disrepair, while the other two structures will be preserved and reused as part of the project.
