CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2013-0008-R6 [Revision 3]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Department of Water Resources, represented by Ms. Jeanne Kuttel, 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, State of California, 95814, Phone (916) 653-7336. The Perris Dam Remediation Project is limited to the seismic upgrade of the Perris Dam wall and right abutment, which will allow the lake to be refilled to its maximal operating water level of 1,588 feet above sea level (amsl).
