Document Description
Burn up to 20 acres of open grassland and shrubland to provide a training opportunity for City of Palo Alto Fire Department and Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District to practice wildland fire response. Site preparations will include disking, mowing, and blacklining the perimeter of the proposed burn area, and spraying stands of non-native invasive Harding grass. A burn plan and a smoke management plan have been prepared.
