Note: Subsequent The proposed project would provide 1% flood protection for residents, businesses, and infrastructure along the Permanente Creek corridor in the cities of Mountain View, Los Altos, and Cupertino. The project would consists of levee and floodwall construction on Permanente Creek north of US 101; concrete channel improvements on Permanente and Hale Creeks between Park Drive and Marilyn Drive; flood detention facilities at McKelvey Park, Cuesta Park Annex, and Rancho San Antonio County Park; floodwater catchment piping at Cuesta Park and Annex; Cuesta outlet pipe construction on Cuesta Drive, Miramonte Avenue, and Marilyn Drive; and channel infrastructure improvements at the Permanente diversion structure located near Miramonte Avenue and Eastwood Drive.
