The proposed parcel map would create three lots from three existing lots on currently vacant land. Parcel One will be 10.0 acres in area; Parcel Two will be 9.41 acres; and Parcel Three will be 8.51 acres. One parcel will be for private, light industrial-type development; the other two parcels may also accommodate future light industrial-type development. Development of light industrial uses is consistent with General Plan designations and zoning classifications.
