Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project if to improve salmonid passage, reduce bank instability to protect existing riparian canopy and minimize excess sediment loading, encourage landowner stewardship, and to rehabilitate the riparian habitat through invasive plant removal and native plant re-vegetation along Dry Creek. In the proposed project, the remains of the existing flashboard dam, including the bridge deck, wing walls, apron, cutoff, intact fish ladder, washed-out fish ladder and associated downstream concrete debris, will be removed from the channel.
