Document Description
This application is for a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to divide two parcels totaling 10.7 +/- acres into thirty-four single-family residential lots, a 5,000 +/- square foot non-residential parcel to contain an underground storm water catch basin and a community propane tank, and a 26,000 +/- square foot parcel to be developed with a park for subdivision residents. Plans for the park have not yet been formulated. The existing structures on the property will be removed to facilitate the development.
