Document Description
The Reynolds and Brown Plaza III project proposes the development of a commercial plaza with a 98 room hotel and three retail buildings on a 4-acre site. The site is currently developed as a Caltrans Maintenance Facility which is no longer in operation. This project consists of a General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan land use designation from Public/Quasi Public to Commercial; a Rezone from Residential-Five units per acre (RD-5) to Shopping Center Commercial (SC); and a Tentative Parcel Map to create four commercial lots; a Design Review for a hotel and a three building retail plaza; a Variance to the development standards for a reduction of building setbacks; and a Uniform Sign Program for the project.
