Document Description
SMUD is proposing to design, construct and operate a 69/12 kilovolt (kV) substation and associated infrastructure to serve the Delta Shores Development. In order to supply power to the substation, SMUD proposes to construct a new overhead 69kV transmission line. The Project's proposed new 69kV transmission line would connect the proposed substation to existing 69kV lines, located east and west of the proposed substation. The Project would also connect to underground 12kV distribution lines as noted in the EIR, which would serve the Delta Shores Development. The entirety of SMUD's project infrastructure will be located within the Delta Shores project area described in the EIR.
