Document Description
Realign Concord Avenue to allow for future SR 4 Bypass. Construct approximately 2,450 ft. of at-grade roadway from John Muir Parkway at Ventura Drive southward to Briones Valley Road. Also, construct 550 ft. of roadway from Foothill Drive to its existing stub at Pearson Drive, connecting to John Muir Parkway, for a total of 3,000 ft. of new roadway.
