Caltrans District 8 proposes to add left-turn pockets to Gunnerson St./Strickland Ave., and widen the outside shoulders on SR-74 from Richard St. to the eastern end of the project limits at the former Bunker St. in the city of Lake Elsinore, Riverside County. The proposed project would consist of two 11.8 fo0t (3.6 meters) mixed-flow lanes (one in each direction), one 11.8 foot (3.6 meter) left-turn lane in each direction, and 7.9 foot (2.4 meter) standard outside shoulder.
