The proposed project includes the construction of 36 residential units and associated parking on a 29,000 square foot site located at 5958-6012 Carlton Way in Los Angeles (Hollywood), California. Four of five residential structures existing on the site are considered significant historic resources as contributors to the determined eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places Selma - La Baig historic district. As part of the proposed project, one historic structure would be relocated to a nearby site within the historic district. The other three historic residences would be made available for relocation to other sites, and an eight unit building would be demolished. With 13 units currently on the site, the project would provide a net increase of 24 units to the neighborhood.
