Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0026-R5) to the project applicant, City of Escondido. The Project will impact a total of 1.40 acres of streambed and riparian habitat, including 0.90 acre of southern willow riparian forest, 0.46 acre of southern willow scrub, and 0.04 acre of unvegetated streambed. Pier and abutment placement for the bridge will permanently impact 0.01 acre of southern willow riparian forest. Permanently shading created by the bridge will impact 0.64 acre of southern willow riparian forest and southern willow scrub. Temporary construction impacts outside of permanently shaded areas will impact 0.75 acre of southern willow riparian forest and southern willow scrub.
