Document Description
The City of Escondido is propsoing to annex three parcels of land in order to facilitate construction, operation and maintenance of the planned extension of Citracado Parkway. One of the parcels is owned by the City of Escondido and the other two are under private ownership. The total area of the proposed annexation is approximately 30.06 acres. The proposal also includes an amendment to the City's Sphere of Influence and a Prezone for all three properties to the City's Secific Plan zone.
