Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0194-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Patterson Properties. The project involves the piping and permanent fill of a segment of intermittent drainage totaling approximately 1600 linear feet (0.276 acres). Impacts to CDFW jurisdictional features consist of the placement of the intermittent drainage into a culvert varying from 66-72 inches diameter, filing of the intermittent drainage channel to accommodate the widening of Eureka Road, and the removal of approximately 100 blue oaks (Quercus douglasii) and interior live oaks (Quercus wislizeni) ranging in size from 6.2 to 44.6 inches diameter at breast height (DBH).
