A separate office/retail building are also proposed. The new parking lot will contain 146 spaces, four of which are handicap accessible. The Special Permit is required to establish parking standards for a non-enumerated use. The approximately 2 acre site is currently vacant. A Notice of Merger will be prepared as part of this project. No trees are proposed to be removed. Water and sewer services will be provided by the McKinleyville Community Services District. Minimal grading is anticipated.
