Document Description
The applicant is requesting to amend two sections of the Stanislaus County Airport Land Use Commission Plan (ALUC). The proposed amendment, under the ALUC Policies Plan (page 29), would permit the transfer of residential density between Safety Zone 4 and 6A of the Modesto City-County Airport. This application has been submitted as part of a 52-acre residential subdivision application and annexation request to the City of Ceres. The Airport Land Use Commission has previously determined that the proposed subdivision residential densities within safety Zone 4 are not consistent with the existing ALUC plan.
