Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a new warehouse, temporary community day school, and new permanent Mitchell School. The temporary Community Day School would consist of 10 relocatables and would house approx. 180 students from grades 7-12. The Community Day School would be an interim site use prior to the construction of the permanent school facilities that would house Mitchell CDC Special School (Mitchell School). Mitchell School would be permanently relocated to the project site from its existing off-site location and would be constructed to include 18 classrooms and a play area for approx. 350 students. The proposed 35,000 square foot warehouse would be constructed next to the existing warehouse on-site and would house District operations.
