The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0144-R3, Amendment No. 6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Vincent Gin/Santa Clara Valley Water District. Phase 6 project activities include 8 test strips and 13 borings in the unlined spillway in order to collect additional geological and geotechnical data to supplement the design of the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project.
