Document Description
Proposal to construct a 643.787 sq. ft. distribution center within the Light Industrial zone, along with a Tentative Parcel Map for reversion to acreage of approximately 28 acres to one parcel and a Street Vacation for a portion of Redlands Avenue and Rider Street for the realignment of Redlands Avenue to facilitate the industrial development. The industrial project is a single building with loading areas along the southerly and northerly boundaries, and parking along the westerly and easterly perimeters adjacent to the street. All the entry corners of the building are enhanced with a raised roof line, cornice treatment and enhanced window treatment. The proposed project is consistent with the Light Industrial land use and zoning designation property.
