Document Description
LADWP has amended the project description for the Phase 7 Moat and Row project to implement soil tillage on a portion of the project area as an interim dust control measure. Tillage is an adaptive solution that would be implemented until a permanent dust control solution for the Moat and Row areas is developed and approved through a stakeholder driven lake-wide master planning process. The State Lands Commission action is amendment of a 20-year General Lease- Public Agency Use through April 30, 2019.
