Community plan amendment, multi-habitat planning area boundary line adjustment, rezone, planned development permit, site development permit, and a vesting tentative map to allow the demolition of an existing single-family residence and the construction of 83 single-family homes on an approximately 40.8-acres site located at 11495 Cypress Canyon Road in the Scripps Miramar Ranch Community Planning Area. The rezone would change the zoning from AR-1-1 to RS-1-7. The MHPA boundary -line adjustment would result in 18.7-acrs, which would adjust 0.2 acre on-site and 18.5 acres off-site. The project would include the extension of Cypress Canyon Road from the southeast portion of the site to the northwest portion of the site.
