The Project is intended to provide compensatory mitigation for inundation impacts associated with the Lower Crystal Springs Dam Improvement Project (LCSD) in the amount of 0.4 acres of seasonal wetlands, 1.3 acres of oak woodlands and 0.026 acres of riparian habitat (See Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2010-0133-3, Conditions 3.5 and 3.6). The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0058-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Husam Masri/ San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
