Document Description
The project proposes development of a new Community College campus to serve the Northern San Diego County area. The project site is approximately 85 acres of (presently) undeveloped land, generally located east of Interstate 15, between Pala Road/State Route 76 and Pala Mesa Heights Drive, in the Fallbrook area. Proposed land uses would include parking, classroom and administration buildings, open space, and athletic fields. Facilities anticipated would include instructional space, administrative services, a library, offices, a student services center, food services, maintenance/operations, and other support services. The following provides a summary of facilities, as given in the Palomar Community College District Master Plan 2022 (August 2003).
