Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing Avenue of the Arts Hotel parking garage and construction of a 15-story, 150-room high rise hotel tower adjacent to a new, proposed 6-level parking garage. The hotel tower would be constructed adjacent to the existing 238-Avenue of the Arts Hotel, which would be retained as part of the proposed project. This project represents a modification to the approval development plan and it was determined that, when compared to the previously certified Final EIR 1054 , no new impacts would occur nor would there be any substantial increase in the severity of any previously identified impacts.
