The objective of this project is to optimize utilization of the current facilities without altering the character of the campus. Construction of the Marsh Campus improvements includes the re-configuration of the three historical houses, construction of an "open air" classroom and storage area, improvements to the campus landscape, and improvements to the drop-off area. In addition, the project would include expansion/upgrading of the interim parking lot. Finally, the existing storm water pump station would be enlarged and upgraded to handle a 100 year storm event.
