Document Description
The Project proposes to amend a portion of the 2008 Enos Ranchos (Entrada Este Area A-2) Specific Plan. The proposed changes to the Enos Ranchos Specific Plan include; a) increase the area of Community Commercial classified land (C-2 General Commercial zoning) from 65.9 acres to 74.1 acres, b) identify 24.8 acres of the Community Commercial land specifically for automobile dealerships and related commercial uses, c) Replace Low Density Residential and Medium Density Residential (38.6 acres) with High Density Residential (14.1 acres), d) Add 10.3 acres for Community Facilities (School) use, e) Reduce the amount of Recreational Open Space (Park) classified land from 6.7 acres to 6.2 acres, and f) Change the amount of land for roadways from 8.2 acres to 8.6 acres.
