Document Description
The operator proposes to construct and install two permanent and six temporary watercourse crossings in seasonal- and permanent-flowing, non-fish bearing tributary streams to Mill Creek. The operator proposes also to divert water for road dust abatement from Mill Creek, a permanent-flowing, fish-bearing stream. The watercourse crossings and water diversion are associated with the Bear Flat Non-Industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) 1-06NTMP-003 SON. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0524-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Fred Euphrat of Forest, Soil & Water Inc.
