CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0176-R5) to the project applicant, WH Santa Clarita LLC, as represented by Scott Smith. The project proposes to permanently impact 0.2 acre of streambed habitat, including 0.15 acre of grasslands and 0.05 acre of Riversidian fan sage scrub, and temporarily impact 0.01 acre within the unnamed tributary to Haskell Canyon Creek. Mitigation for the project includes 68 acres of preservation with 1.9 acres of enhancement.
