Document Description
The project includes construction of the remaining basin improvements consisting of a jurisdiction berm (20-foot maximum height), an emergency spillway and low flow outlet to the San Antonio Channel, drainage systems and disposal of unacceptable materials. These improvements will increase the basin volume to 1,220 acre-feet (ultimate basin capacity). In addition, the project will remediate gypsum materials deposited at the site.
