Document Description
The Minor Subdivision of a 38,445 sf parcel which is currently developed with two legal non-conforming residences and a shed (to be removed). The project proposes four parcels ranging in size from 5,451 sf (net) - 10,235 sf (net). The site will be accessed via Pedroni Road, a private paved road of +/- 40' width. All parcels will be served by public water and sewer. An exception to the lot frontage requirement is requested for Lot 3 per §325-9 of the Subdivision Regulations to allow a "flag lot" configuration.
