Approval of funding for Capital Improvement Project No. 733140 to construct a flow control facility and a pump station which will enable transfer of drinking water from the Alvarado Treatment Plant through the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) pipeline. The pump station would also provide required redundancy for existing infrastructure. The proposed facilities would be sited at the Alvarado Water Treatment Plant which is located at 5540 Kiowa Drive in the Navajo Community Planning Area.
