Document Description
The Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD; Lead Agency), the Lake Hemet Municipal Water District (LHMWD) and the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto (Responsible Agencies) are proposing to execute the Stipulated Judgment determining water rights and implement the associated Hemet/San Jacinto Water Management Plan (Plan), which proposes a number of strategies and actions.
