CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0361-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Gerald Snow/DWR. The project is limited to clearing vegetation from one-half of the Lake Del Valle Spillway Channel's width, roughly down the center (approximately 50 ft of the 100 ft width) for a distance of 500 ft from the end of the plunge pool.
