Document Description
The proposed project involves modification of an existing tributary to the Russian River to facilitate development of the Lakewood Homes project in Ukiah, Mendocino County. Approximately 115 linear feet of drainage is proposed for modification and shall be used for storm water drainage for the new development. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0078-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Diann Simmons, Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation.
